Description:

Dit is een gedetailleerde voorstudie op ware grootte voor het centrale gedeelte van het velluik in de Kapel van de Zoete Naam Jezus in de Heilig Kerstkerk te Gent. Slechts enkele details verschillen : een sluitspeld op de mantel van Christus ontbreekt op de tekening, evenals de madeliefjes onderaan. De bloedstraal komt niet voor op het altaarstuk, evenmin als de kelk die daar vervangen werd door een rozenstruik.
