Op een piëdestal troont de vrouwelijke personificatie van het pausdom met tiara en het wapen van Gregorius XV tussen bisschoppen en kardinalen. Aan weerszijden van het piëdestal zijn de heiligen Petrus en Paulus voorgesteld. Onder het vloerniveau zijn personificaties van Ketterij en Fraude te zien.
